The u haul app. Sucks.it is not user friendly. Does not accept info when entered. Tried to return vehicle. Stated vehicle not checked out. Horrible and time consuming.

The app turn-in process is cumbersome and time consuming. There was an employee there but he was not at all helpful. After this experience, I will no longer be using U-Haul. Extremely disappointing experience.
Michael LMaybe be a bit more familiar with the equipment. Also for what size lock is needed. Purchased one that was said to work and it was too small. Also recommend UHaul provide tire chains for travel through winter conditions.
ELIZABETH OOn line service sucks. Could not complete paperwork to get truck. Owner was awesome and completed rental paperwork. Fix on line 24 hour u haul app. Really needs to be fixed.
