The mobile pick up is super slow had to keep restarting it and it caused me to get a late fee
Atley MWhat the heck? No signage and nothing to indicate this is a place of business for U- Haul other than a couple of tow trailers in an empty lot. Just a gentleman sitting in a truck and no idea he has anything to do with U-Haul - like a side-hustle. Friendly enough once he got out of the truck and quick about his business, but a very odd situation. Maybe this was a one-off day.
BRIAN CHave some trailers on hand. There was not a single 5x9 trailer in Panama City. They said there was one in PortSt Joe if I wanted to go get it. Why could they not go get it and have it there the day I wanted it??? Why do you just rent them for local and not 1 way????? Poor, poor, poor service
