Uhaul system down on the first attempt to rent. Went back the next day and was able to rent a vehicle but it took quite a while to get thru the system. The gentleman that helped me was very nice but not efficient in his knowledge.

Keys were not in locker upon arrival, Extra rented equipment were not on truck. And drop of location changed out of the no where waisting more mileage because had to return because items were not in truck snd because drop of location changed Worst service ever and yall like to steal money..
Guadalupe GWhen I picked up the truck The front floorboard was caked in mud on both sides. The bed of the truck had about 3 inches of leaves, mud, nuts and bolts. I cleaned the vehicle best I could but it was not at all acceptable. I notified the representative and he seemed a little concerned but didn’t offer to help me clean out the truck. There was not another truck on the lot so I had to accept the dirty truck. I have pictures of the inside and outside for proof. Thr outside was also caked and splashed with mud.

Try to learn how to improve your business and customer service from other truck rental services like Budget, Penske or the super best one is Enterprise truck service. I need to know how much you gave me the total rent price and how much you stole from my credit card?
RAMIN RMovers 40% of my belongings at my apartment and didn't return my uhaul keys and it caused me to hire another helper and extend the uhaul for another day. Never ever in my life will I use uhaul or use the movers you offer.
