The review I gave was only because the drop off was in the very back, the location in San Antonio was very visible and they were close so no personnel was present

George DThe only problem I had was the rental process SUCKS. If the manager hadn’t been present to help me, I would not have been able to rent the truck. The location where I picked up the truck was wonderful but U-Haul as a company/the rental process was terrible!
Cheryl WUHaul’s processes are horrible. The on-line experience is so far behind technology capabilities. I didn’t pick up the vehicle from my selected location. It was a tire shop that didn’t know what to do. Also, I had two furniture dollies reserved. SURPRISE! No furniture dollies! Never again….
Sharon CUhaul system down on the first attempt to rent. Went back the next day and was able to rent a vehicle but it took quite a while to get thru the system. The gentleman that helped me was very nice but not efficient in his knowledge.
