Location of truck was fine, truck was famaged, but worked for what i needed. The only problem was when I went to drop it off Yesterday 2/9/26, when it was due. . I followed the directions, but when i entered the mileage it tokd me i may get charged Excess mileage when i only used it 2.4 miles.i took a picture of the odometer, but it when I wanted to send it, it kept giving me the xcess mileage messge And wanted me to take anothet picture and would not let me go forward in the app I called customer service and t hey said they would complete the checkout but not until 2/10/26. And would charge me $20, which I thought is wrong. It is nothing I did. go

The interior of the rental was good the exterior not so great!
MARK EThe needle on the gas tank did not move during the 12 miles I drive. And you are trying to charge me over $18. The needle was in the same place when I picked it up to when I returned it at 3/4. I do not authorize the gas charge.
Heather CRep wasunable to answer any questions I had about the rental agreement, i.e., since my route was shorter, about 1300 miles vsstandard charge 1650, whether I get a per mile refund. The man was like Schultz on Hogans Heros, "I know nothing".
