KALVIN EThe attendant was very friendly. It took a few extra minutes to get checked out because of the early hour and the less then great weather. He was fantastic at ensuring everything was great. Had everything easily available.
STEPHEN JThe guy that waited on me was excellent. Kind, courteous, and patient. The after hours turn in process was a train wreck. There was a big padlock on the key return and there were three of us trying to turn our keys, and there were a lot bad words said. Luckily someone in the past had pried an opening in the back where we could get our keys in.
HAROLD LI ordered a furniture dolly and never got it. Made my move that much harder without one.
