Daylight savings. I paid for 24 hours. I got the reciept at 12:11PM, then had to sit in the parking lot for more than half an hour taking photos and documenting the condition of the truck (which I am not on your clock for)so I didn't actually leave the store until 1PM. And then due to Daylight Savings Time, I lost another hour. I didn't get what I paid for. Had I kept the truck an extra hour or two to make up for that, you would have easily charged me at least another $20-$30. I find that very disappointing. As a long-time business in the business of renting equipment for 24 hours and you have no policy to rectify this oversight, I find that very disappointing. To be clear, this is an issue with UHaul, not with this location.
