The van was better than expected. Very clean and ready when needed.
David WI would recommend that each location acknowledge all the incidental fees that will be charged on the final invoice. eg. credit card usage fee and enviromental fee.
RICHARD LWhat should have been a basic interaction was not, and despite the fact that I was supposed to have the unit for 24 hours I began getting calls at 8:30 in the morning regarding the key which I still had because I was still using it as I had the vehicle until 1:00,, and I had spent half an hour discussing that fact with the staff member the night before not sure if drugs are involved or what but a doesn't calls first thing in the morning on a Saturday after moving all night is not pleasant and the unit was returned clean and fueled and properly at the designated time at the designated location the staff member did apologize but still it shouldn't have been a 20-minute conversation the night before and there shouldn't have been a dozen phone calls that morning for something that was 5 hours away from being late
