There was a problem with the online system. The clerk spent over 20 minutes repeatedly filling out the information, only to have it reject everything at the end. When she called Uhaul for help, the lady over the phone said we were late for picking up our truck, and didn't seem like she was going to help. Finally our clerk told her we were there on time, actually a minute early, but the system wouldn't let her sign us in for the last 20 minutes. Eventually, after 30 minutes, we got the truck. However, we did miss the ferry. The clerk was amazing, she was very kind. I hope the system can be made a little easier for check in.
