I had to wait 40 minutes to talk to the one employee there that could check-out a trailer for me when picking up . They don't staff their counter (also true when I dropped-off) and I had to go to the back where they were working on cars just to let someone know I was here, then three different guys told me they weren't trained on checking out UHaul trucks and trailers. Drop-off was similar, but this time the guy that could check in the trailers wasn't there, seems this tire/repair shop isn't prepared to take on UHaul management as well. Even though it is the location currently closest to me, I don't expect to use this location again for future UHaul needs.

Ayden PWhen there is problem with your rentals . Please send repair during the appropriate time you guys have! We waited almost 4 hours for a tire repair. And after it was repaired had no issues. Time to response was to be 60-90 minutes. Made us late to our hotel check-in. What was supposed to be 1 am check-in. Turned into a 7am check-in. Horrible CS and might be the last time we rent from UHAUL.
