When there is problem with your rentals . Please send repair during the appropriate time you guys have! We waited almost 4 hours for a tire repair. And after it was repaired had no issues. Time to response was to be 60-90 minutes. Made us late to our hotel check-in. What was supposed to be 1 am check-in. Turned into a 7am check-in. Horrible CS and might be the last time we rent from UHAUL.

Salvador MI was quickly taken care of when, I walked in. They recommended the right size vehicle which worked out perfectly. The truck was spotless inside and the truck ran perfectly. I would recommend this location to everyone they get a perfect score
