DAVID BI had to wait 40 minutes to talk to the one employee there that could check-out a trailer for me when picking up . They don't staff their counter (also true when I dropped-off) and I had to go to the back where they were working on cars just to let someone know I was here, then three different guys told me they weren't trained on checking out UHaul trucks and trailers. Drop-off was similar, but this time the guy that could check in the trailers wasn't there, seems this tire/repair shop isn't prepared to take on UHaul management as well. Even though it is the location currently closest to me, I don't expect to use this location again for future UHaul needs.
MATTHEW FAgain, the service was friendly and excellent. The combination of smooth pick up and drop off in person is a credit to both outlets, reflects wonderfully on U-haul, and made my move a much less stressful experience. Much appreciated!
