The app did not work to check out or return the truck. Fortunately, the proprietor was very helpful and had a phone number for me to call.
Wendell SMy experience was a nightmare, I made a reservation by phone the day before . When I showed up at the place I was told to, which was a real sleazy smoke shop, the fellow there said he was sorry but they hadn't had a computer for a month on site so could not give me a truck which they had on site, When I called U-haul again they said they would forward my reservation to another site . When I got to this little fleabag joint the guy looked at me like he had no idea of what i was talking about but told me to call a certain number. When I did the fellow I talked to gave me a code to a lock box for the truck key. Of course it was the wrong key! I won't bore you with more details. Hard to believe U-haul has turned into such a shit show,
