When we arrived with the truck, we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive to check us out. He didn’t inspect the truck or check the gas while I was there. So truthfully I’m not sure I would recommend this place. One gentleman who was there said he waited 3 days for someone to come and check him out.

Hannah GHave trucks easier to pick up. Not having to drive 10 miles to get them in two places. We were promised an extra day and didn't get it. We were to have 3 days but got only two. Plus we were to get 30 free miles on each truck and got 10. We live in west Richland Wa. And had to drive to Paso in two locations to pick up the U-Hauls.

Ryan RI would not recommend the uhaul storage on court street in Pasco, this is the one I had a good experience with.
