I made an appointment at 12:00pm to pick up the truck. Found office closed and when I called number on the door , their employee said that he in another location, hour away , and suggested to use an app to unlock lock box and get the keys. App wasn’t user friendly, I ended up calling U-haul for tech support. Once I went on the highway I was stopped by troopers and received 2 tickets: one for snow on the roof that I didn’t see and second was for license plate. Snowfall was 2 days before, roof wasn’t cleaned and rear plate was difficult to see , according to police trooper (not because of snow). Would not recommend this location.

The cargo van was dirty from the customer before

EDWARD SNewer cargo van would be better. The current ones are old and the keys are manual, making it very easy to lock yourself out of the car. In addition, the older vans don’t have a good back up camera.
