The drop off location was changed without my consent
Scott TInitial pick up portion, U-Haul app and web page would not load. Photos would not load into app.called U-Haul, since I grab the keys, the vehicle was mine and rented. No one onsite to assist, though “open” sign and note that someone was on premises. Rental had non-functioning passenger headlight. Day was rainy, defrost switch did not direct air to windshield, I’m glad I had a towel to wipe humidity from windshield. Drove 37 miles, paid $16.00 to return vehicle to full, with avg of 7.04 miles per gallon. Not as efficient as stated.
James PGreat experience from start to finish. The team was helpful, check-in was fast, and the truck was spotless and ready to go on time. Everything worked perfectly and returning it was just as easy. Appreciate how organized and professional this location is — highly recommend!
