Amanda was awesome! She was very helpful and took the time to explain the details of renting a storage. She also took me to the storage and showed me how to open the gate and how to locate my unit. Amanda also allowed us to borrow a lock for our truck while we went to grab a bite to eat. Amanda made this location very welcoming. I really appreciate her patience in interacting with me.

When you walk in your talk to a person thru a tv screen. It is not personable at all! I had already dropped my keys in the return box but I had to go on the app to return and take a photo of the mileage and gas. Can’t see the gas without turning on the truck. The store was very clean but a person being present would be more helpful.

Rebecca GHours on app did not match actual store hours. Truck had crack in windshield on drivers side which affected my view. Blankets rented were VERY dirty - mulch, styrofoam, dust, and debris were in all of them.
