This is in no way reflective of any service I received from the 1. Individual I spoke with to book the reservation or 2. Individual who assisted me via live cam at the location. It is, however, reflective of all interactions I received via phone and chat central customer service and the overall process. I understand technology advances are necessary, but if your only option to check in for your vehicle is via cell phone app, you should AT LEAST offer WiFi in the location, a HUMAN BEING present at the location, OR other means to check in when technology does not work. I spent 3+ hours JUST trying to check in when Verizon was down. Not only were there no other options, the service was terrible. Assuming the chats were with bots because they weren’t even making sense and couldn’t comprehend my basic questions. I LOST hundreds of dollars because I scheduled movers at my home for 3:30 and didn’t arrive until 7, solely due to your lack of options and service. 10/10 do not recommend and will be sharing my experience with anyone/everyone.

Location wasn't open for pickup, Corp sent me to another location, it wasn't open either! Then they sent me to a third location.... some 25 miles from the first location.

BRANDON STruck was not loaded with any equipment and I was still charged for it, was told I was upgraded to a 15’ truck at the same price as the 10’ I ordered because it was not available but was charged for the 15’ anyways. Would not recommend uhaul and will never use their service moving forward
