There were no personnel to assist and there was not any cell signal to be able to use the U-Haul QR code to their posted link. I did not receive the items I paid for and I had to deal with an additional item I did not request. Again, no one on site to address this issue or confirm check out was on time.
Christo HEverything was great! I was concerned about checking in with the app, so the Virtual Assistant option at Midgard was perfect! The 15' truck I rented was clean and ready to go.
Elmo Lmost inconvenient AI I've ever used. I spoke to a rep who took all my info, sent me a link to the app. put all my info in the app, got to the pick up and had to give all my info a third time. Returning is even more of a nightmare. No cell coverage to upload a photo of gas and mileage. The personnel and location are great, Its the UHaul system thats awful. I rented a UHaul last year and it was just as bad.
