It took entirely too long to pick up a truck. We were the only customers, but the new process of not having a person on site was extremely challenging. The virtual assistance were helpful however we would have spent a fraction of the time if someone was present to assist.
ROBERT VThe pick-up process was fine, but the interior of the cab was NASTY. I have rented multiple U-Haul trucks, but this one was, by far, the dirtiest vehicle I have ever rented. I took photos of the dirt/sticky stuff/ layer of pollen the cab offered, so before you rent from this location, make sure you see the inside of your driving area.
FAUVE YThe virtual check in/out process versus a live person at the counter was not very user friendly.
