He added insurance without my approval and when I asked about price difference he said it was taxes and fees. I felt like it was very sneaky, triple check your invoice before leaving!

JAMES BCheck the gas gauge on level ground. Once I got on level ground, the gas gauge was off about 4 gal. I really didn't notice the mark on the paperwork until my helper pointed it out as we drove off. I took the representative word as to the gas amount.
