The vehicle I was given smelled like someone smoked 24/7 inside of it. Out side of that the truck was fine and my final destination was ok as well. I had rented a dolly but there was not one located in the truck. Also I was originally given one destination and then was assigned a local convenient store to pick up the truck. I had to pay for an Uber for one location and luckily I requested Brent if he can take me to the other location, otherwise I would have been stuck paying for another Uber drive. In addition, at the original site the Wi-Fi was down and I was not able to access the reservation.....definitely not a great experience.

The location was very hard to find and had no U-Haul location sign. It was simply a gas station with a closed down car wash, staged as the drop off point. The guy behind the counter at the gas station came out and just said hand me the keys. I wasn’t able to get a receipt from him. I wasn’t real comfortable with the way it was handled.
