They charged me extra money. Forgot my dolly. Equipment was dirty. Service was terrible. Still waiting on my money back that they weren't supposed to charge and waiting to hear back from mananagment. It's been 5 days since I returned it very unhappy

ERICK CThe reservation process was simple and the counter staff at pick up and drop off was friendly. The truck however was missing the clip for the middle seat buckle and had red splatter in the back that ultimately looked like blood. Besides the truck was fine.
Marie-Odile QI originally rented a 15 ft cube truck I got in it and the breaks screamed as I hit the peddle , the break fluid pump was dripping and making lots of noise , the man told me it’s normal and it does that ; I refused to drive the vehicle he then gave me a 20ft truck in replacement. Don’t tell your customers a truck is okay to drive when CLEARLY it’s not .
