Having the smallest amount of communication would’ve solved what turned into a nightmare move. I was moving out of the city where I purchased movers to help, when I got to U-Haul to get my reserved 20 ft truck, I was told that they only had 15 ft trucks and the nearest 20 ft was 25 minutes away (further from the city) - I planned to pick up the truck with enough time to make sure I could get parking but not enough time to add an additional 50 minutes which would have cut into the movers 3 hour period. I ended up having to do an additional trip myself, had to figure out city parking again as my temporary no parking was expired and move many items that I planned for the movers to move. The SIMPLEST amount of communication would’ve solved this issue. Why could I reserve a truck they didn’t have? Why wasn’t I notified that the truck I reserved wasn’t available? Double the gas, double the tolls, 100x the frustration.

The transmission acted up at times. The center console cup holder was stuck in the open position, making it uncomfortable for the person sitting in the middle position. The location didn't have the 24 blankets we ordered (they gave us 4 for free).
Thaddeus NThe vehicle choosen a van was replaced by a box truck. I was not comfortable driving the box truck. I will not follow through with a rental if the rental chooden vehicle is not available.
