There’s no competition so I will definitely use U-Haul again but I would use any other business. I ordered a dolly and there was no dolly. I would rather check in and out in five minutes with a person at a counter rather than it take half an hour for pick up and drop off to go through the app

sonja rLocation was assigned when I asked for freedom to drop the truck off closer to the unloading point. The location was in a part of town that concerned me being out during the evening hours. While I appreciate the 24 hour drop off capability, I wish I had been able to drop the truck off 9/10s of a mile from the unload point vice having to drive 20 minutes to drop off.
Paul PWas closed when arrived at 830 am and turned in truck on website called them at 1030 and confirmed turn in with them and very cordial and thankful
