Russ was my customer service rep. He was great. He explained all the details and walked out to the truck with me to make sure everything was in good shape. He was also there when I returned the truck and he made the process simple and straightforward with no worries. I would highly recommend the U-Haul facility at Mark's Fleet Farm in Perham, MN.

Adam SI picked a truck and had request 4 dozen pads, got 18. Why ask for requested amount of pads if I can't get them, disappointed. Also, trucks gas was not full, it was just over 3/4 tank. Equipment was great, clean and appreciated.
KERRY SOnline information need to rent the dolly was somewhat a pain In the butt for the employee. Questions were somewhat repetitive. They did well I appreciate Mark's hardware do dillagence.
