Charged an outrageous fee for drop off and was not told about it until I saw it on my charge card. Pretty sorry behavior. I will not use or recommend this service ever again.

My trailer had broken glass and brown sticky liquid all inside. The inside of the cabin had broken pieces from a compartment inside , there was also left over bottles and cigarettes from the pervious user. This was an inconvenient to have to clean the truck prior to loading all my things on there.
