We had to use our cellphones for questions, etc. before we could take the key out of the box. It took over an hour of sitting in the car before we could drive the truck home. If my son hadn't been with me I would have had to give up and cancel. I know you need to be careful, but that was a lot. On the bright side, the person who dealt with us was very polite and helpful
