Made reservation 1-1/2 weeks early, and didn't get a truck but other location has one and had to wait 2 hours to get one and cost more than originally estimated cost plus cargo and inside front seat/floor is dirty. I will never rent from U-Haul again.

I had a reservation for a 15-foot truck at 10:30 am. When we got there , the truck was not there. We had to wait until 2:30 pm for the truck to arrive, which drastically altered our moving schedule.
