Katherine FThis location was just getting started as a location offering U-Haul trucks. It took an hour for them to figure out the paperwork. The truck was not gassed up so we asked them to do it, and they willingly did. They did not have the blankets we had reserved online. They did call around to try to locate some, but none were found. They did not clear out the mileage, so we were charged an extra $400+ when we returned it for mileage we did not drive. They were friendly, but unorganized. Hopefully they are getting the training they need to be able to offer good service.
