The Uhaul trailer we received had grease on the floor. It looked and smelled like garbage water had been sprayed on the walls. The upper corners were attached by what appeard to be JB Weld and hot glue. If I would be not have been in a hurry to move across the country, I would have rejected it outright.

Harold BThey had repeated issues with their handheld devices checking people in.
Kimberly MThe person checking us in did not have the computer knowledge and knowledge to answer our questions to help us and therefore it took over an hour to check in which delayed our packing of the trailer. The trailer itself we rented was an older trailer and the latch mechanism needs to have work done on it before it is rented out again as it was difficult for us to seal it properly, especially needed as we were traveling in rainy conditions.
