The manager of that location had the day off and had a standby working for him who was from a different location. The manager letter with no passwords to sign into the computer for the U-Haul that I have reserved a day and a half prior. I put no blame on the standby employee. I put all the disorganization on the manager of that location. I almost went to another U-Haul location, but some other gentleman called me and assisted me for the U-Haul. I only did it because I didn't want to stand in line at the other location. I will not do business with that location ever again.

IRMA MAgain we had a problem when we brought back the trailer. They're power was out so we had to figure out how to do the return on line. That's was hard since we are older and not very savvy.
