more respect at least smile stop being rude would like my refund back
Rene EPersonel was never at the office even when the sign (open) was on , the 2 times I went to drop off vehicle, even call the service number posted at the door no one answer but the recorder.i decided to park the trailer and took pictures of the drop off. Waited for someone but no one came in to the office and I left.
Avelino MAll of the staff I worked with were helpful and friendly.
ADA SKnew very little about truck's specifics. Recommended another U-Haul dealer closeby to answer any questions about the truck.
