Staff was inflexible with schedule changes. There was a change of schedule so the planned drop off was not a viable option and I had to return it where I picked it up in Pharr, the male associate refused to accept it without charging me extra. No help was offered to unhook the trailer, and no inspection was done before or after. The rental trailer worked perfectly, but the lack of support and professionalism was disappointing.
