When a customer states that they would like to drop off a rental at a certain location but U-Haul requires them to drop off at another location it is frustrating

WALTER BI do not like the fact that U-Haul won’t let you know if you can pick up a piece of equipment until 48 hours out…. We scheduled 2 weeks out, and this just added undue stress that wasn’t necessary.
LOURIE FI was charged for something I didn’t get. When I called that location to explain the situation the person I spoke with was very rude and not helpful at all! I would NOT recommend this location to anyone!
