First, the staff was not there when I arrived (I was 20 minutes late for pickup time), and it took about 20 minutes for them to come, and no one picked up my phone call. Second, the mileage and petroleum use were impossibly charged. The approximated travel distance was about 10 miles, whereas I was charged for 30 miles. And I added more than 2 gallons petroleum, which is obviously way more than that I could ever have used, however, I was still charged for the $30 and extra petroleum fee. Imagine the stress of moving mattresses, plus the undoubtedly overcharged fee, how this feels like? Go ahead and have a good one! No wonder the rating was that low on Google Maps. (4420 Market St)

Safe move was added to my contract and was unauthorized. I was charged. I called twice I was told the money would be refunded. The money has not been refunded. Also, the gas gauge was incorrect as was the mileage. I returned it to where it was after I took a picture of the actual gauge. These little things right here, matter and gives me a pause if I ever use U-Haul again. I’ve never had these problems with U-Haul. Disappointing and it’s sad.
