A great experience, staff was friendly and helpful, the van was clean and worked great
KENNETH MI was charged for 2 extra miles that I didn't drive. It's not worth my time for $4.00 refund, but I won't use this site again because of it. Everything else was fine. I just don't like the overcharge.
