First when I when to pick there was not a representative of U-Haul there there was a left there that didn’t know the system after a few attempts he was able to send me on my was once I when to return the equipment she was there’s talking on the phone sitting on a with her legs up on a desk ...didn’t even excuse her self from the personal phone call to great me or ask me why was I there after about 5 minutes she then gave me a look of discuss took my keys and continue talking on the phone. Very unprofessional experience not what i am use to would never rent from GPS transport again

The entire “24/7” process took incredibly long. Uhaul should inform their customers ahead of time of all of the pictures and verifications that are required before getting access to the truck. I’m really unsatisfied with this company in general after today’s experience. It took almost an hour to get “verified” and I had to stand outside in the rain taking pictures of the truck. If I would have known it was going to be this difficult I would’ve just gone down the road to another truck retailer and gotten service done in person. My time was completely wasted and pushed my moving plans much further back as I had to rearrange my schedule due to this.

My account was over charged by $400.00, but things do happen as of this point which is an hour after return of truck I'm awaiting call from manager. But other than that service was great and truck was clean and without problems. Thanks and hope issue is resolved.

Even after returning in person to make sure everything would be confirmed and ready for my big move to another city with my family, I did not feel assured or confident that this location would have my reservation prepared and that the pick up process would go smoothly. The agent kept deferring to the uhaul app although she could not explain or describe to me what that process would be like. Unfortunately, my concern was realized when my reserved truck did not have keys available inside. I was very lucky that a Uhaul company employee name Brian who transferring trailers was gracious and kind enough to help me. He was able to address my problem, transfer me to another vehicle and waited with me until the process was complete. I’m very grateful to him and only wish I knew how I could commend him to his supervisors more formally.

Had a reservation for 9 am to get the truck and no one was at the location to assist. I spoke with multiple people on phones and a “Ring” type doorbell intercom. The truck I rented still had a trailer on it so the gentleman running the office via phone had me take a 6x12’ enclose trailer off on my own. With grease on my hands I finally left there at 10 am. The owner told me he would give a $10 credit for my troubles which was a complete joke and I never even got that. I filed a complaint with Uhaul and was told I would get a manager to call me back within 72 hours; after 7 days I called and was given his number to call. Talk about terrible customer service and all around experience.



This location is always dependable, efficient, couteous, super friendly and helpful.

This office is not handicapped accessible, which should be mentioned in all advertisements, so disabled people like myself could choose another office. The staff were accommodating when I had to extend my rental, but the return process was not very smooth. There was no secure place to leave the keys, and I had to wait in the cold and wind for the inexperienced clerk to return from a break.

I was not aware that I only have a 15 minute window to pick up my vehicle from the scheduled pickup time via mobile, 24/7 pickup. I had to call the 800 number to find out why I couldn't get my truck and have them move the pick up time to that moment so that I could do so. Had I known, I would kept my original 9am pickup time instead of moving it back to 7a when the U-Haul employee called to confirm my reservation two days prior. Also, I do not recall seeing that mentioned anywhere in my email confirmations or by that employee especially after I changed the pickup time. Additionally, there were only 12 furniture pads in the rental truck, not the 24 that I ordered. They were bundled in plastic and I hired movers to load my truck so I didn't notice until after unloading the truck at my destination. I was assured by a 1-800-GO-UHAUL Customer Service employee that this wouldn't be an issue and I wouldn't be charged but, still, I did not receive the full order for which I paid. I feel a refund for a dozen furniture pads is warranted..



I don't have anything derogatory to mention my whole experience from the time I picked up my truck to the time I brought it back was very professional and the staff here we're very helpful to me. Ms. Jessie explains everything well and and made sure my wife and I had everything we needed to make our move comfortable.
