I ordered my U-Haul around 11am and I was there to pick it up at 11:30. I waited over 45 minutes to get my U-Haul. the cashier was having a full conversation with someone. I lost 45 minutes in my time. The truck was awesome. just bad customer service.

Djamshed MLocation was good. I only drove 17 miles and was very surprised to pay $26 in gas when the tank only moved .125 lower. $75 for an hour and a half seems very high.
