Safe move was added to my contract and was unauthorized. I was charged. I called twice I was told the money would be refunded. The money has not been refunded. Also, the gas gauge was incorrect as was the mileage. I returned it to where it was after I took a picture of the actual gauge. These little things right here, matter and gives me a pause if I ever use U-Haul again. I’ve never had these problems with U-Haul. Disappointing and it’s sad.

JERRY OHorrible. No parking. The guy said don't park in the drive way or I'll get towed. He did not show me where I could park. Had to park on the street. Horrible.
