The storage location was great. Getting access was a delay. Getting access to the truck was a delay. Did early check-in before I arrived was pointless. The problems was not with the location but with the service with Uhaul, that made the location seems like the problem. The fuel was stated as full but was 3/4 of a tank. Has to go back in to have it adjusted. USB ports in the truck did not work. My phone went dead on the way home. No charge. Inside of the truck was left dirty. before I picked it up. Truly bad experience using your product.

It was a problem picking up the uhaul, it was a problem dropping off the uhaul then tried to charge me 84$ because they didn’t check the truck in until 2 days letter. I see no one does their job anymore
