I absolutely enjoyed the customer service and the helpfulness of the young lady that provided service to us. My only complaint was the ac in the truck only blew hot air.

While the truck interior on the cab and the box were perfectly clean the outside was so dirty I could hardly see out of the front window. Completely covered in dust as if it had been sitting in a lot for a long time. The rental agent was nice enough but he stated he hates renting the Uhaul trucks. This is a storage location and does not rent trucks on a regular basis. I had everything scheduled from the original Uhaul rental agent on the phone. The day before pick up I was contacted by Uhaul stating that the truck and car hauling trailer were not available at the same location. I would have to pick up the truck at one location then go to another location to pick the trailer up. I should have called the original location because they actually called me wondering if I was coming in and I told them I was told they didn't have the equipment. They stated they did in fact have the equipment and it was a full service Uhaul rental location. They were super nice and offered me the ability to store the truck in their lot after it was loaded. I didn't need to but it was a nice step for them to take.
