We initially made the reservation for another location and were notified that it changed a day or two before pickup. It was a location that required using the app to pick up, as no one would be available until noon and we needed to pick up at 9:30 am and start driving. My husband is very tech savvy and he had a very challenging time picking up the truck. He was in the hot sun for at least an hour and a half trying to check it out on the app. It turns out that there may have been a known issue that day with the app, but there was nothing on the app explaining this. He specifically wasn’t able to load the pictures that were required to be uploaded prior to his departure since there wasn’t a Uhaul person there to confirm the truck’s condition at time of pickup. Also, the truck was not clean in the cab and had trash in it. Fortunately the rest of the trip went alright and we successfully got to Texas with it. Usually we have had awesome experiences with Uhaul so this was a bit of a disappointment, at least initially.

Nothing The service and the rental was great!
RENIEKA PI reside in Cave Cree, AZ and reserved the U-haul at the 101 and Cave Creek Road location. I had to drive 27 miles in rush hour traffick where homeless people in the alley way are asking my kids and I for money. Thirty years in law enforcement and that location (convenience store) is a joke and a dangerous place! Never again would I recommend this location!

Gwen MIt was just an empty lot with no helpers. I had to download an app it took me 40 minuto get my uhaul. They send you a code and the lock Some of the letters were wore off. It was a horrible experience.
