Mortrea VNo one there, tried to confirm prior to pickup but no one ever answered, truck did not have blankets I ordered, trucked pulled very badly to the left and was missing lug nuts on wheels
Paul KThe location was decent. There was plenty of room. Although there should be a sign that you can see from the road that says U-Haul. I thought I was in the wrong spot
Charity DOnline it indicated that this location was open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. We arrived by 8:00 pm and there was no one there to check us in. There was minimal instruction on the key return box. I called the U-Haul number that I had (GO UHAUL) and was on hold for an extended period of time. Knowing that the return would be like this ahead of time would have helped.
