The drop off location was a pot shop in a very, very sketchy area of town. The gentleman who did the check off was great but the location was ridiculous to return a truck, especially when we passed 3 other U-haul locations on the way. This location was changed MID-TRIP and was NOT the location arranged when I reserved the vehicle. The trip was a nightmare. A light on the dashboard went on and we could NOT get an answer from "roadside assistance" after waiting 11 minutes on hold! The location for pick up and return were changed at the last minute and the experience was the WORST I've ever experienced with any truck rental.
