The pickup was behind the building but there was not any signage in the front to to help.

This location was very unprofessional. I discovered the back of the U haul truck had a lock on it that needed a code to remove and the u haul partner could not give me the correct code causing me to have to go back to the location so he can remove it. Then he could not tell me an exact amount that I would be charged. Would never recommend this location to anyone.
Billy NHad some issues with receiving the correct combination lock code that delayed me an hour. After calling customer service they made it right. Overall the truck was clean and the truck had no issues. Customer service was great and they fixed the problem at picks up the best they could so overall I give my experience a 7.5/10. Without the pickup issues I would say 9/10
Gilbert MWillie the customer representative was awesome he had me in and out. Willie all my questions first class customer service. I recommend to go old school city - uhaul. My next rental is there with Willie. 10 star certified.
Charlie SThere is no U-Haul signage at this overall property to assist with. Locating the site. Vehicle was in good shape but relatively low on fuel.
