I had made a reservation last Tuesday to pick up on phoenix at 730 am. The location I chose was to be opened so I could get my truck and trailer.on Thursday an agent called and asked if I could switch my pickup location and would be given 20 additional miles. I agreed to the change. I went to the new pick up spot at 730 and there was no one there.. the doer was locked. After calling I was told that it was a mobile pickup. After 25 min I was finally able to get my truck. However there was a man at the location that told me the guy whom ran it would be there around 11am. My reservation was for 730 am. So I called U-Haul and they said I could wait or pick up at a different location. I agreed to pick up at another location. It's now 845 and I called the location and they said they didn't have any trailers nor did they see my reservation. I called u hail back again and after about 30 min on the phone it was confirmed they did have it and I could pick it up at 1030. I showed up at 1025 and they workers were chatting it up with the female customers. I wasn't helped I till 1050 am. Then they said the Indian have the correct trailer for me and they weren't sure why I was there. Finally I was able to get my trailer around 1130. My reservation was for 730 am. These things are unacceptable. And because of it I missed my flight home on Saturday

It's hard to find someone to help you at this location i was sent to several different areas of th property before I was able to get help.

Richard GWhen I got there took 45 minutes to get with a person to at least start the process of picking up the rental. There was no clear directions for pick up. There was a lot of confusion on directions from the pick up spot, and member was on the roof of a house checking me in.
Justin DTerrible experience, we dropped off the U-Haul trailer to the employee who ensured us he would close out that contract, they didn’t. Later in the day we dropped the tow hitch and no one was around so we used the key drop. A day went by both still showed as active. I called customer service and they said they would close it out when they are okay. 2 days went by still active so I called again was ensured the area manager would go himself to get both closed out as if the 9th when we dropped off we have the photos time stamped and after another 2 days it was finally closed out not as of the day we dropped off. I’m not sure if they did this on purpose to try to make it seem like their trailers are on rent longer but overall bad service and shady business. We will not be using U-Haul again
