My reservation # 81177850 - We originally made reservation at 4110 E Bell Rd and we were told to pickup at 16226 N 32nd St · and a day before actual pickup we were redirected to Sinclair gas location at 6002 N Black Canyon Hwy. The instructions to check-in through app were not clear and Sinclair gas staff has no clue - After a going through the long ordeal, we picked-up the vehicle and realized that the driver seat level doesn't work and we couldn't adjust the seat . We drove back home and sensed that the vehicle is not filled full - We went to nearby gas station and to my surprise it took close to 7.2 gallons gas - We would love to see if you can provide compensation for at least the Gas (aropx 23.12) and for the inconvenience with faulty driver seat

This drop off experience was awful!
CARSON SInstructions to locate are very confusing and not clear. Pick up was actually at the gas station on the corner and not at the actual address provided
