My original drop off location was changed as it was at capacity. I was assigned the new drop off at 6044 N. Black Canyon Hwy. The address is not marked on the building. There was a building with 6042 on it and one to the north with 6050 as the address. There was one Uhaul truck parked in between these two addresses along the street in the front parking lot. I asked the gentleman working at the auto repair shop at 6042 N. Black Canyon Hwy if I was in the right spot. He told me that he has seen U haul trucks getting dropped off where the other truck was parked. He said there was a drop box for the keys. There were no signs or branding at this location and the "drop box" was a black unlabeled mailbox near the entrance of the parking lot for 6050 N Black Canyon Hwy. I personally would never recommend this location especially if it was for a female. There was a large U Haul storage area/truck rental just a little ways south of this location and I am confused as to why I was sent to this one instead of the well marked/branded location nearby. If I could put zero stars I would. I left wondering if I had left the vehicle in the wrong space. There were no personnel there to help either. I called the corporate number the following day to let them know where I dropped off the vehicle and I was informed that it was at the correct location. Next time I will use google maps and/or only pick up/drop off at one of the larger operations.
