I deserved an utility dolly and I got two very small furniture dollies instead, and I had to go to another store to get pick up an utility dolly.

Location was convenient and staff was helpful. This was good as the app was not working, as usual. Each step had complications. Calling support took 8-10 minutes on hold. Disconnected twice. 2 hours later finally got my rental.

Anthony KNothin wrong with the actual location, but extremely frustrating that I had to drive an hour round trip in the opposite direction to pick up a truck when the location I made a reservation at (Old Town Scottsdale) had a truck in stock. I hen I spoke to the traffic control rep, she was extremely rude and condescending. I don’t plan on using uhaul again after this experience.
