Absolutely horrible. I was supposed to pick up near my place and the day before you moved me to a location 30+ minutes from my house. Your customer service on the phone was very poor also. I waited for over an hour on hold before being told there was nothing that could be done.

Nothing maintain the quality anf kindness
Alexies BI was genuinely happy, Impressed and content with my experience. The ride was smooth. The vehicle was absolutely amazing. UHaul smart share was literally a lifesaver. Probably easiest pick up and drop off ever. I am just beyond happy I chose Uhaul. Really happy with this Experience.
