This person was on her personal phone when I asked for her help to unload my car from the hauler. She was too busy to get off the phone laughing and talking. Once I had taken it almost completely away from the hauler( which I called Caprice in Va for her help) the lady in Pinson came out! So no I did not like this location at all!
