The customer service was great! Wrong price on reservation when I arrived, however JP Tyke's Auto Service worked with me to correct the pricing. Truck was clean EXCEPT for SMELL...cat pee! Air freshener did not help the situation. It was an awful smell for an 8 1/2 hour drive. Not sure who would be responsible for the smell, but the truck needs detailed on the inside.
