Unclear instructions to pick up trailer. Called to speak with customer service representative to pick up trailer based on instructions on the door. When I was finally able to speak with a representative using a different number, he was rude and impatient.

The guy at the location was very nice, but the location itself reminded me of a horror movie. This is not a food mart. This is an empty building with no flooring, no ceiling, and no walls. It looks like an abandoned building that someone put a creepy couch in and is now renting Uhauls out of. I would never reccomend any female to go there alone, ever.
