When I returned the equipment ( rental truck) I was not provided a receipt as the clerk Terrell at the store stated he would send to me. He came out and inspected the truck to ensure it was returned in the same manner that it was received in. After this he stated that I would get a refund of 1.90 and he would email my receipt to the email on file the same way he emailed the contract. The 1.90 has yet to be refunded. My wife had to go back to the store and she spoke with the new clerk on duty named Annie, who stated she did not know how to work the computer to provide my receipt. The rating at this location were better than the other locations that is why we chose this store. I hope that the staff at this location can get their act together and provide better service especially when it comes to providing accurate return information such as receipt of return equipment.
