The woman at the counter was incompetent, rude, demeaning and condescending, and spoke over you as you tried to explain that we have rented Uhaul trucks from many other locations previously. She told us we had to “learn” the mobile app and when I showed her the app, I tried explaining that we were opting for counter service instead of mobile service in an effort to expedite the process. Will never use this location again, or buy gas from this station again.

It was a mobile drop off, so I did not interact with anybody. It is a gas station good enough for drop off or remote pick up.
CESAR CTook forever because computer was slow, clerk was mumbling things that I couldn’t understand so apparently he thought I said OK to the insurance when I didn’t understand what he was saying - he couldn’t take the insurance back off because he already processed the rental. Now I am being charged for 2 days when the receipt clearly shows I had it less than 24 hours - am currently fighting that charge. Very frustrating and I’ll be using someone else in the future.

Cassandra RI am never using uhaul again the first uhaul did not start they made me take a second one that had the BEAKES FAIL DOWNHILL the man did not speak English would not let me pay and charged me four times for the uhaul and now you are trying to send me to collections for a missed payment. I will be contacting my lawyer
